Course Description: The course will cover the major exemptions available to taxpayers in Texas with the greatest potential for savings including some of the less well-known exemptions for specific industries as well.

Course Description: This presentation addresses the various ways in which individuals or entities may become responsible for the state tax debts of a business. We’ll cover officer and director liability, responsible individual liability, and liability that may arise by way of fraudulent transfer or the sale of a business.
