      Course Description: 
       Join us for this exciting 2-hour panel with representatives from both IRS Examination and IRS Collection.  The 2-hour panel will explore hot topics and future trends in the IRS Examination and Collection divisions.  Also, the panel will include observations and practice points from an experienced IRS practitioner.
      Objective:  Get up-to-date on IRS hot topics and future trends for 2012.

      Featuring: R. Brent Clifton JD, CPA – Locke Lord, LLP


      Course Description:   A survey on recent legislative, administrative, and judicial developments concerning tax issues affecting partnerships and their tax advisors.
      Objective: Gain awareness and understanding of recent partnership tax developments in order to grasp changes in the law affecting partnerships and their tax advisors.

      Course Description:  Mr. Martin and Mr. Fejer will discuss general provisions of marital property law in Texas and will offer tips on advice CPAs can give clients both to preserve separate property and also ways to avoid losing it.
      Objective: To give participants a bird’s eye view of marital property law in Texas and to provide basic tips to help their clients.
