PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
ProPath, a private anatomic pathology medical practice needs an experienced Payroll Administrator. In this position you will be responsible for processing semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, policy administration, maintaining payroll records, reconciling and preparing accounting data for journal entries, research and resolution of payroll issues, processing and payment of invoices, report preparation and distribution, and calculating and maintaining employee financial and benefit information in payroll system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years payroll management experience. Accounting/payroll coursework or CPP certification is a plus. Proficiency in major PR and reporting systems is required. Working knowledge of state and federal wage and tax regulations in addition to principals and practices of payroll and accounting.

Dallas based energy company is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance/Compliance Analyst to focus on financial, IT and operational processes. Salary Commensurate with Skills and Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scope, perform testing procedures, and prepare reports of work performed.
