Our auditors maintain independence from management and directors so that the tests and judgments are made objectively. Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field
  • Certification(s) Required: CPA exam must be passed for promotion to senior associate
  • Certification(s) Preferred: CPA
Knowledge Preferred:
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of public accounting audit practices and procedures, emphasizing the following:
    • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP)
    • United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS)
    • Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards
  • Thorough knowledge of first level review of basic audit work reports produced by associates
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough technical skills regarding applicable accounting and reporting standards in researching, completing and reviewing audit areas; applying professional skepticism; designing engagement procedures based on risk, materiality and leading discussions with the engagement team.

Compliance Auditor
NCH is an established, growing, privately held organization, operating in more than 50 countries, including locations across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.The bilingual Compliance Auditor will join our compliance team at its global headquarters in Irving, TX. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Auditor will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing execution of an anti-corruption compliance program. The appropriate candidate will have experience developing and executing audit work programs.

  • Assists with the implementation of anti-corruption compliance program policies and procedures
  • Develops and manages the implementation of anti-corruption related training
  • Assists the business with development, implementation and monitoring of anti-corruption controls, policies and procedures
  • Create and execute anti-corruption compliance audit work programs
  • Prepare periodic reports to executive management and the Board of Directors related to the anti-corruption compliance program
  • Design communication tools with the business as part of the anti-corruption compliance program
  • Assists with due diligence activities related to the company's business partners
  • Partners with Global Compliance team and others to assist as needed with investigations
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CPA certification required
  • 2 - 4 years of audit experience preferred
  • Knowledge of anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA or UK Bribery Act) and associated red flags preferred
  • Experience with anti-corruption compliance activities, such as audits, investigations and/or compliance program development
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and works well in team settings
  • Approximately 20-25% international travel required
